About the Speakers

Hanna Wilberg is an Associate Professor at the Auckland University Law Faculty, specialising in Administrative Law and the Tort Liability of Public Authorities.  In addition to her more academic writing, she has been writing the NZ Law Review surveys of recent developments in Administrative Law since 2010.  She is also currently writing a new book on the Principles of NZ Administrative Law.  She is a graduate of Otago and Oxford, and before joining academia she worked as a Court of Appeal Judges’ Clerk and at the Crown Law Office.

Edward Willis specialises in public law, with particular interests in constitutional theory, adminstrative decision-making, regulation and competition (antitrust) law.​
